appointment of Yasser Mahdhaoui to the position of Vice President,
Sales for the Company's Africa and Middle East Region. In his new
assignment, Mr. Mahdhaoui will be responsible for managing the
day-to-day sales activities for the region, achieving established
booking quotas and developing relationships with key accounts,
regional sales representatives and distributors. Prior to joining
TriPoint Global, Mr. Mahdhaoui served as Sales Director for Verestar,
Inc. managing sales of the company's broad based satellite
