Enhances TriPoint Global's Microwave Communications Businesses
TriPoint
Global Communications has acquired the assets of Gabriel Electronics
a leading broadband antenna solutions company located in
Scarborough, Maine.
The combination of Gabriel's and
TriPoint Global's antenna solutions, applications, support and
service provides a complete offering for customers in the wireless
access and transport industry, worldwide. The Company will market
and support Gabriel products and services through TriPoint Global
under the Gabriel brand fully supporting current and new customers.

Chief Operating Officer, said, "Acquisition of Gabriel

than 40 GHz.
