Units provide the Ku-band uplink for Mobile TV Group
 VertexRSI's reliable 2.4-meter SM-LT antennas are being used to provide the Ku-band uplink for the new Big Ten network. The antennas are part of the uplink systems included in three, large tractor-trailer mobile studios. The mobile units, including the uplinks, were manufactured by Colorado Studios and are owned and operated by Mobile TV Group.
The VertexRSI 2.4 lightweight antennas are capable providing worldwide transmit and receive operation in C, X, Ku and Ka-band. The mobile antennas feature carbon fiber composite reflectors and back beams mounted on a cable-driven, elevation-over azimuth positioning system. The result is a low-weight antenna with superior stiffness and high performance under wind loading conditions.
